How does an online consultation work? |

Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilizes the Internet
to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional
physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire prepared
by medical professionals and communicates with the physician using our secure
online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place
of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment
for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require
a physical exam. In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. adipex-phentermine.org only associates with credentialed, certified physicians that are licensed in the U.S. All medications are obtained from a legitimate pharmaceutical wholesaler or directly from the manufacturer; you can be sure that you are receiving high quality medication. |

What prescription medications do you offer consultations? |

we offer consultations for. Prescriptions are only filled through online consultations, therefore only a limited number of medications are offered. |
What are your shipping rates and policies? |

Overnight Shipping. Upon physician's approval, the prescription will be forwarded to a pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx for next day delivery. Information explaining the usage, dosage, precautionary information, and pharmacy contact information will be provided. FedEx Next Day Air is $18 (U.S. orders only), Standard Overnight, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and inclement weather). Sat delivery is available for an additional $12. Please Note: Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. An adult must be present at time of delivery and must provide a signature. Due to Federal Law, packages containing prescription medications cannot be left at the door - you must be present at time of delivery. FedEx will attempt to deliver the package three times. There shall be a $10.00 surcharge, which will be billed to your credit card in the event that you need to change your address from your original order. Please verify that your mailing address is correct. |
What payment methods are accepted? |

When does a Pharmacy ship orders? |
| The pharmacy will accept order up until 6 pm Eastern Standard Time, but will not process prescription orders on Sundays. Orders placed after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturdays, will be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday. |
Is there a cancellation policy? |

You may cancel your order ONLY before the physician reviews it by
calling our customer care representatives at 866-4629857. You cannot cancel a request once the physician has reviewed it. |
Can I return my medication for a refund? |
