Are Diet Loss Pills for You??
Yes
and No, there is no "quick cure for obesity". Being overweight is often genetic,
and the real cure is practically always an ongoing / long term program of regulated
diet and exercise. Weight loss / Diet pills though, can get you started losing
weight, which will make you feel better about yourself and hopefully that will
give you the reason to continue with your excerise/ diet program to sustainthe
weight you have lost. Using diet pills such as Bontril,
Meridia, Phentermine,
Adipex and Ionamin
will make you only less hungry but they will not make you lose weight.
In fact, many doctors and other professionals agree that individuals should not
even contemplate taking weight loss medications until they are comitted to a weight
loss prograsm using excercise and dieting for at least 6 months, without appreciable
weight loss. The reason for this, is unless you are commitment to losing weight,
you are not likely going to keep the weight off once you have dropped it.
As far as if you can take weight loss pills, then yes if, you are taking no
contradicting medications, have no likely / foreseeable allergic / medical / surgery
considerations, maintain a normal blood pressure, are not pregnant, are over 18
years and under 60 old and have a BMI of 27 or more. To check your BMI online,
